It was announced earlier this week that Darren Aronofskys film "Black Swan" will be opening the Venice film festival in september. not only is the film about two rivalling prima ballerinas in a a nyc ballet studio, but the ones responsible for costumes are none other than the sisters Laura and Kate Mulleavy, better known as Rodarte.
I am truly really excited about this. To that would be a dream come true if I one day could do a collaboration not only with theatre but FILM at the same time? Having in mind that Natalie Portman will be playing the lead role, I believe this film will be a success!
